Charged Up Cards represents every sealed TCG product we sell as authentic and factory sealed. Orders leave our South Florida shop in protective packaging with tracking.

How we ship

  • Fast dispatch — in-stock orders typically ship within three business days.
  • Tracking included — we email a tracking number for every shipment.
  • Protective packaging — sealed products are boxed and cushioned to help prevent dents and crushing in transit.

Our authenticity promise

Every sealed TCG product we sell is represented as authentic and factory sealed. If you believe an item is counterfeit, resealed, or materially different from its listing, stop opening or using it and contact info@chargedupcards.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, seals, and shipping package.

We’ll review the concern promptly. If we confirm an authenticity or listing issue, we’ll provide return instructions and offer a replacement when available or a full refund to the original payment method after the item is returned. Normal factory-wrap variations and minor manufacturer cosmetic imperfections are not, by themselves, evidence of tampering.

Arrived damaged?

Keep the product and shipping materials together and email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review the damage and explain the available next step.

Sold out? Get an alert
