Return Policy

Final-sale items

Trading cards and products containing trading cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Cancellations and fees

A 5% fee applies to approved order cancellations or returns. The same fee applies when an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Shipping charges

After an order has shipped, shipping charges are nonrefundable. This includes shipping costs paid by the customer and shipping costs paid by Charged Up Cards.

Eligible return window

For items that are eligible for return, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and must receive approval before being sent back.

Preorders

Preorder products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns because inventory is ordered from our suppliers based on customer orders.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@chargedupcards.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help.
